Under this header you will be able to access the pay-to-view content/lessons. There are 6 lessons each lasting two weeks long to practice the focus tactic/technique and to view each of the lessons content. New content/lessons will be accessible every two weeks for three months. The first five content/lesson areas will each have a new tactic/technique for you to focus on and the sixth lesson will be putting it all together. If followed each tactic/technique will each increase your ability to balance your diet and increase the probability that you will lose weight.
Once you move on to new lessons feel free continue to practice the previous tactics/techniques. But if you would like to just focus on the main tactic/technique for that two week period feel free to put them all together in lesson six.
